Small Group Training

Our program is designed for soccer athletes who are seeking to enhance their game in a club-neutral setting. Our training sessions are held at Dover Sportsplex, conveniently located in Dover, NJ. Our program emphasizes three key areas: technique, fitness, and mental performance.

To ensure that each athlete receives personalized attention and instruction, our Small Group Training program at Cabras Football Club has a maximum of eight players per session. This allows our coaches to provide individualized feedback and make necessary adjustments to each athlete's technique and performance.

Our Small Group Training sessions are divided into two parts: technical soccer skills and fitness. The technical soccer skills section focuses on improving players' footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting, and other technical skills essential to becoming a better soccer player. The fitness section focuses on developing players' physical fitness, including speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

Our Small Group Training sessions are available in packages of four or eight sessions, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate our athletes' busy schedules. The initial session is considered an evaluation, during which we will assess your current skill level and progress, and work with you to establish goals that align with your objectives.Our training is position-specific to help players excel in their specific roles on the field. Whether you're a defender, midfielder, striker, or goalkeeper our coaches will work with you to enhance your skills and abilities.
