Roberto F. Gonzalez - Club Director
roberto PROVIDES LEADERSHIP FOR THE CLUB’S daily OPERATIONS. In his work, roberto promotes the cabras mission to create a culture of unity between cabras football club (cfc) and its stakeholders.
Roberto is a former youth mentor of the educational center in dover, nj. during his time working with middle and high school students, roberto provided educational opportunities through leadership workshops with a focus on teamwork, public speaking, and personal responsibility. After several years of serving as a youth mentor, roberto began a career in retail management. roberto brings his skills of program management and youth development to cFC.
Roberto currently holds a USSF NATIONAL D-license.
Alfonso R. Nunez - Director of football
Alfonso started his coaching career in 2013 at Dover Strikers Travel Soccer Club, coaching his younger brother’s team and winning the MORRIS COUNTY YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (MCYSA) League Cup. In 2017, he joined the Dover High School coaching staff where he has won three NJAC Liberty Division Championships (2017, 2018, 2020) and two North 2 Group 2 Championships (2017, 2020). In 2021, he joined the NJ ODP 2010 Boys coaching staff, competing in regional ODP tournaments. Alfonso is currently an assistant coach for the St. Elizabeth University Mens program and a youth-development coach for the New York Red Bulls.
Alfonso holds certifications from United Soccer Coaches, US Youth Futsal, The English FA, and MBP coaching school (Spain), in addition to his USSF National C-license.
Bryan Calle - Director of coaching
Bryan is a Kean University Mens soccer ALUMNUS. while studying Athletic Coaching, BRYAN started his coaching career at the New York Red Bull (NYRB) Academy in 2019. During his time as an academy intern, he assisted coaches with team training and management. In 2020, he became a NYRB youth program coach AND HAS coached teams of all ages from 3-18. In 2021, he became a performance analyst for the NYRB Academy.
Bryan currently holds a ussf national c-license.
Juan s. Gonzalez - Director of coaching
Juan was most recently the director of coaching for the dover striker travel soccer program. with dover, juan was able to successfully develop and implement club initiatives WHICH promoted a progressive, holistic and player-centered approach to coaching youth. He is a graduate of William Paterson University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Education. as Director of Coaching, juan facilitates the creation and management of cabras youth development programs.
juan holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots license.
